CCI, the Competency & Credentialing Institute, seeks a Business Development Associate to support employer engagement and business development through trade show coordination, sponsorship management, event logistics, lead management, and administrative support.
Under the supervision of the Business Development & Sales Specialist, you will research relevant trade shows, coordinate logistics, engage prospects on-site, qualify leads, and collaborate with marketing on event collateral while traveling
The Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI) has been the leader in perioperative certification for more than 45 years, certifying over 40,000 nurses internationally. An industry leader in nursing competency assessment, CCI is the credentialing body for the Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR), Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM), Certified Perioperative CNS (CNS-CP), Certified Ambulatory Surgery Nurse (CNAMB), Certified Foundational Perioperative Nurse (CFPN), and Nursing Professional Development Advanced – Board Certified (NPDA-BC) credentials.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $31.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
For applicants who will perform this position in Colorado, the anticipated compensation range is $23.00 - $31.00 per hour.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market considerations.
