Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Business Development Administrator to support our BD Sales department and ensure our website inventory and photos are accurate. This role emphasizes CRM-driven processes, appointment scheduling, and timely lead follow-up across dealership locations.

The ideal candidate has experience in Internet Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing, with strong communication and customer service skills, plus the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

• Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals.
• Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy.

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

• Diligently and accurately record prospective customer’s information.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns.
• Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call accepted or made.

Camping World is seeking a Business Development Administrator to join our growing team.

Do you have Internet Sales, Business Development or Telemarketing experience? Then there is a place for you at one of Camping World locations. Our Business Development Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring our website accurately shows inventory; that all photos are current and professional for units available at the dealerships. They are also responsible for providing administrative support to the BD Sales department. They approach each interaction and transaction with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

Set and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM

Diligently and accurately record prospective customer’s information

Monitor response time on all incoming leads

Maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns

Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call accepted or made

What You Need to Have for the Role:

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$14.00-$16.82 Hourly
