Job description

About Us

Integrate is building the first real-time, cross-boundary project management platform for the world’s most complex programs. We started with one of the most complex customers on earth, the U.S. government. Its programs span thousands of people, multiple organizations, billion-dollar budgets, and differentiated security environments. And somehow, too much of that work still runs on stale schedules, spreadsheets, hand-built slides, and project management software stuck in the Tetris era.

We’re changing that. Based in Seattle, Integrate has secured a $25 million U.S. Space Force contract and expanded across government and commercial programs, raised a $17 million Series A led by FPV Ventures, secured backing from J.P. Morgan, and built software that operates across government and commercial environments, from unclassified work to Top Secret networks.

We move fast, keep the egos low, and make room for quirks, strong opinions, fun, and the occasional chaos of building things from scratch with extreme velocity. We offer strong benefits, real ownership, and ambitious work with people you actually want to be around.

Our Solution

Integrate gives complex programs something they have never had before. One real-time schedule that can operate across organizations, security boundaries, and classification levels without fragmenting the schedule.

The program stays live as it changes. Teams can see how the program has moved, understand how a change ripples downstream, surface risk before it compounds, and control access down to the individual element. And our AI architecture works from that same continuously updated program state. It understands what is happening now, not a report assembled days or weeks ago. The schedule stops being a static plan and becomes a living reflection of the program itself.

We’re nowhere near done. We want to set a new standard for how the world’s most complex work gets done, and we won’t stop until we do.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone in DC to own business development across the defense and intelligence sectors: someone hungry, sharp, and fluent in the language of government acquisition. You’ll shape opportunities before they become solicitations, turn bureaucratic jargon into concrete next steps, and build the relationships and strategies that get us on contract. You’ll bring the savvy of government or prime experience plus the drive and agility of a startup operator. If you’ve cut your teeth at a program office, a prime, or a defense tech startup, and you’re itching to build and win on a high-growth team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Work On

Drive new government business end to end, from influencing requirements and capturing opportunities to navigating contract vehicles and closing.

  • Lead capture for high-consequence defense and intelligence opportunities, with immediate responsibility from shaping to submission.

  • Build and qualify the pipeline, track opportunities, and get us in the conversation early with program offices, PAEs, and other mission stakeholders.

  • Translate government needs into winning strategies by identifying requirements, influencers, competitors, and contracting pathways.

  • Work directly with Integrate leadership to set business development priorities, define growth strategies, and build pricing models.

  • Own proposal development from shaping RFIs, to shredding RFPs, all the way to submission and negotiation.

  • Keep a constant pulse on federal budgets, acquisition cycles, and contracting trends.

  • Support business development operations, including outreach to federal stakeholders such as senior leaders, action officers, contracting officers, and other staff.

Experience

We don't expect you to be an expert in all of these things — but here's the kind of background that sets you up to succeed:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in capture, BD, or adjacent roles (e.g., at a government program office, prime contractor, consultancy, or startup).

  • Superlative understanding of defense contracting pathways; service-specific program office experience a major plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to shape and win opportunities (not just respond reactively to RFPs).

  • Ability to bridge the rigor of large organizations with the hustle of startups.

  • Excellent network and relationship-building skills across government and industry.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills — crisp, confident, and compelling.

  • Exceptional written communication skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and be resourceful, competitive, and hungry.

Why Join Us

Join us at the forefront of deep tech, building the software that powers the next generation of hardware innovation. We’re a tight-knit, ambitious team with a vision to transform how humans build.

You’ll help shape a company that works with customers building rockets, aircraft, autonomous systems, and the infrastructure of the modern world. You’ll have real ownership and a direct say in how the company grows, in ways that just weren’t possible at a larger organization. You’ll also work alongside a team of high performers who will push you to grow faster than you would anywhere else.
