  • Detail oriented and organizational skills required.

  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from databases, spreadsheets, and business systems; clean and prepare datasets by fixing missing values and inconsistencies.
  • Data Analysis: Use statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs and communicate insights.
  • Business Insights: Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to define data needs and support decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct one‑off deep dives to answer specific business questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Comply with all environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from databases, spreadsheets, and business systems; clean and prepare datasets by fixing missing values and inconsistencies.
  • Data Analysis: Use statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs and communicate insights.
  • Business Insights: Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to define data needs and support decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct one‑off deep dives to answer specific business questions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Other projects and tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a quantitative role
  • Certifications in Tableau, Power BI, or analytics tools are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and provide excellent customer service.
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills required.
  • Strong focus on follow-up and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to work well with others in a group, follow instructions, and work well under pressure and under time constraints.
