Responsibilities include leading governance forums, driving recovery improvements, and translating data into actionable executive narratives.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 7 years in business continuity, risk management, or operations.
• Knowledge: ISO 22301, BCI Good Practice Guidelines; Fusion or Riskonnect experience.
• Certifications: CBCP or progress toward; other security certifications.
• Soft skills: calm under pressure, lead cross‑functional groups, communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise Business Continuity Management program with emphasis on automation, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct rigorous Business Impact Analyses to identify critical processes and recovery objectives.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans for essential operations.
• Partner with Information Security and Technology to prepare for cyber disruptions and outages.
• Design and lead tabletop exercises, simulations, and tests to validate recovery capabilities.
