Cosentino is seeking a Business Consulting Specialist to join our team in the South USA, based in Miami. You will provide internal consulting to our Business Units, analyze operations, and help implement observed best practices across the US and Canada, with global project involvement.

You will train staff, analyze market trends, and support business units as back-ups, with travel up to 80%. A Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing and strong Excel/CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Full cycle sales experience.
• Proven success in sales, marketing, customer service, or related field inside our business operations.
• 1+ year developing workshops or training or other industry-related events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal consulting to analyze operations and implement action plans with the General Manager.
• Identify and implement observed best practices in each Business Unit.
• Train new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles.
• Analyze the market (competition, trends, etc.).
• Support our Business Units through temporary back-ups.
• This position will require 80% travel.

At Cosentino ( www.cosentino.com ) we are looking for a Business Consulting Specialist to join our team in the territory of South who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of. The Business Consulting Specialist is the global position that assists and supports the Cosentino Business Units in a wide scope of aspects, mostly related to analysis, training, and implementation of observed best practices. This role will support mainly the US and Canadian markets and work on global projects with the HQ team.

What you will do

Job Expectations

• Providing internal consulting to the different Business Units to analyze operations, implement and follow up the action plans defined together with the General Manager, to reach operational excellence
• Identifying and implementing observed best practices in each Business Unit
• Training new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles
• Analyzing the market (competition, trends, etc.)
• Supporting our Business Units through temporary back-ups
• This position will require 80% travel

You will collaborate with several stakeholders

• Internal: Sales teams, Management, Strategy, Human Resources
• External: Eventually with clients

Wage Range

The annual Starting salary for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually + 10% Bonus.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Paid time off

Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
