Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Business Consultant - Retail to drive complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. The role is remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel to the US and Canada.

You will own project plans, lead workshops, and ensure successful implementation from discovery through go-live, coordinating with product and technical teams in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

Qualifications

• Fashion and apparel retail experience (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, or inventory optimization)
• Delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites
• Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and customer relationships
• Willingness to travel regularly as a senior IC

A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

What you will do

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.

What you bring

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

US-based location. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
