Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Solution Consultant with Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise to lead implementation and optimization across FMCG/Manufacturing clients. You will translate business needs into functional design, test plans, and end-user training while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 4–5 years of Kinaxis experience, MDT certifications (preferred) and multinational exposure. Competitive base pay with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Kinaxis RapidResponse experience or similar implementations.
• 2-3 Kinaxis Rapid Response projects across industries as a developer.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing; multinational exposure preferred.
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Tier-1 colleges preferred).
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering preferred.
• Kinaxis certifications are a plus.
• Supply-chain certs like APICS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Possess end-to-end supply chain business functional experience with ERP/SCM platforms.
• Visualize cross-functional processes across Demand/S&OP, Supply, Production and Scheduling.
• Hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and support for modules.

Overview:

Capgemini is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. As part of this rapidly growing business segment, you will play a critical role in implementation, deployments and performance improvement of Kinaxis RapidResponse. As a Solution consultant, the key responsibilities, skills, experience and educational requirements are:

Key Responsibilities:

• Should possess strong end-to-end Supply chain management business functional experience with integrated ERP and SCM Software platforms
• Ability to visualize cross-functional business process across Demand planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production planning & Scheduling etc across various business lines
• Should have hands‑on implementation and support experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse for different modules.
• Create functional design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities
• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.
• Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse and customize solutions as per clients’ requirements
• Be a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Functional: Expertise and In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning in the areas of Supply and Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Material requirements planning, Long term capacity planning, rough cut capacity planning, resource planning, capacity constraints and scheduling.
• Analytical: Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, to identify opportunities and develop insights. Perform fit-gap analysis.
• Technical: Ability to provide Functional specifications and process flows, adopting Kinaxis RapidResoponse platform to Development team, Ensure requirements are tested and own the UAT, End user training, and Post deployment enhancements.
• Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and systems
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.

Key Experience and Education Requirements:

• 4-5 years of recent experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar solution implementations
• Prior Solution developer experience of 2-3 projects on Kinaxis Rapid Response platform across industry verticals.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industry. Multinational exposure is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering (preferred)
• Kinaxis certifications will be an added advantage
• Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS (desirable)

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $45,540- $141,085. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
