You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving operational control environment and relationships within Operational Compliance and our business partners. You will be responsible for support of operational issue resolution and development of new or improved Transfer Agency system products and services. You will develop and maintain a network of contacts inside and outside of American Century, maintain a technical knowledge of Transfer Agency systems and operations, and knowledge of the business area objectives to facilitate good business solutions and outcomes.This role reports to the Operations Solutions & Support Manager. This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO office. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
