Job summary

International Services, Inc. (ISI) is seeking a Senior Business Consultant / Executive Mentor to lead on-site client engagements nationwide, traveling Sunday night through Friday afternoon to drive measurable performance improvements.

You will analyze P&L, cash flow, and budgets, develop VERs, and coach owners and teams through behavior change to ensure lasting results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business management or ownership.
• 5+ years in consulting or leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or certifications a plus)
• PC laptop and portable printer required for travel assignments
