Supports sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share. Responsible for retaining and deepening client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely and professional. Proactively works to identify potential problems, compliance issues, and to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. Identifies products and services that realize clients’ unmet needs.
