Job summary

At U.S. Bank, we’re on a journey to help customers and businesses make better financial decisions and to grow the communities we serve. This program offers 3 ten-month rotations to rapidly build core sales and credit skills, through on-the-job training, mentorship, and a peer network.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in business banking roles, develop technical and business acumen, and participate in cohort activities while supporting community initiatives and client growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar majors with a target graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027
• Basic understanding of banking terms and financial concepts coursework
• Experience or exposure to small businesses or business owners
• Customer service experience and/or ability to build relationships
• Ability to start rotation on July 12, 2027
• Reliable transportation to meet clients within 30 miles

Responsibilities

• Learn to actively prospect new client relationships and deepen existing ones
• Get hands-on experience in various business banking roles including BBRA and BBRM
• Develop technical and business acumen through training and mentorship
• Build a community of peers through cohort activities and workshops
• Give back to the communities where we live and work
