Under limited supervision, manage and develop a portfolio of commercial relationships, ensuring retention of total client assets and net growth, while complying with risk management, credit policies, business strategies, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with internal partners to develop new business and prospects through COIs and proactive measures. Play a vital role in growing the commercial banking portfolio and market share by profiling clients and working with internal teams to cross-sell products such as deposits, loans, fee income, and referring customers to appropriate cross-sell partners like Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, Wealth Management, and others.
Job Accountabilities
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 6-9 years in commercial banking or B2B sales with strong business development skills; knowledge of non-borrowing products; proven sales and client management success.
Licenses and Certifications: Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive lawfully, if applicable, by the start date.

Our pay range for this role is $87,920.00 - $150,720.00 per year, based on various factors including location, skills, experience, and education.
