Redstone Bank in Centennial, CO is looking for a Relationship Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of Business Banking clients. You will cross-sell products and be the primary contact for client inquiries, focusing on lending needs and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; and the ability to work independently to meet lending targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in sales, customer service, relationship management, preferably in financial services.
• Basic understanding of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet lending targets.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, credit scoring models, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a portfolio of Business Banking clients.
• Cross-sell and promote banking products to drive deposit growth.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and lending needs.
• Identify lending opportunities and work with business development to expand clients.
• Leverage networking to generate leads and referrals for lending growth.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, credit history, and collateral to assess creditworthiness.
