Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help our business clients achieve financial goals, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships.

The role blends in-person client meetings with a flexible, hybrid schedule to support growth in our local market. You will prospect, onboard, and advise clients, collaborating with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Credit Card teams to expand deposits, loans, and fee-based business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of local market and ability to reside in the market.
  • Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM.
  • Proven target attainment, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Ability to partner across Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Credit Card teams.
  • Credit risk awareness and strong soft skills.

Responsibilities

  • Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
  • Be the primary advisor for our business clients.
  • Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
  • Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build long-term relationships.
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
  • Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s goals and needs.
  • Partner with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.

Responsibilities
  • Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Knowledge of local market.
  • Ideal candidate resides in the market.
  • Able to demonstrate principals of credit risk management.
  • Have "soft skills" to partner and collaborate across business lines.
  • Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM.
  • Proven track record of success meeting targets that are quantifiable and qualitative.
Location

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Pay Range

Pay Range: $75,060.00 - 91,740.00
