The Business Associate (BA) role is an exciting opportunity for graduating undergraduate students interested in exploring career paths within the investment management industry. Based in Boston and aligned with our Infrastructure Platform, this role provides exposure to our business, culture, and operations while helping Associates develop the skills needed to succeed in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Associates are placed on teams based on a combination of their skills, interests, and business needs. In their roles, Associates take on meaningful responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across the firm, and contribute to their team’s priorities while building a strong foundation for their careers.
We expect new Associates to join the firm in July 2027. Upon joining, Associates participate in Basecamp, our orientation program designed to provide foundational knowledge of Wellington, our clients, the investment management industry, and our culture while helping new joiners build connections across the firm.

The Finance team provides financial stewardship and strategic support across Wellington’s global business. Through financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, expense management, tax, and corporate finance activities, the team helps guide business decisions, allocate resources, and support the firm’s long-term growth.
