Valley Health System is seeking a personable front desk administrator to support patient check-in/check-out and daily office operations at Luckow Pavilion in Paramus, NJ.

You will interact with patients, manage appointment flow, and assist staff with clerical tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and formal coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Six months of customer service, data entry or clerical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including checking-in and checking-out patients.
• Support Practice staff and Practice Manager with administrative tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate data entry.

Position SummaryPerforms a variety of front desk activities that support the Practice and professional staff and performs a variety of essential services (checking-in, checking-out, etc.) as directed or requested by Practice Manager.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent and completion of a formal coursework in office management, database management or business.
