  • Design business capability models and architectural solutions that connect organizational strategy with operational needs.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable business models and frameworks that support effective execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams to align operational needs, technology solutions, and strategic priorities.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of business models and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new business architectures, including facilitating training and supporting teams through organizational change.
  • Identify potential business and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies that support business continuity.
  • Maintain current knowledge of business architecture practices, methodologies, and industry developments through continuing education and professional development.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience within the insurance industry, including strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, customers, and business processes.
  • Five or more years of experience in business planning, process analysis, business architecture, or enterprise architecture.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with business architecture frameworks and the ability to develop clear, actionable business models and architectural documentation.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, business process reengineering, and related methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development and project management lifecycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and organizational levels.
  • Clear, concise, and tactful communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional certifications such as TOGAF, CBA, or PCBA are preferred.
