ECMC Group is seeking a Business Application Support Analyst to optimize commercial applications that enable ECMC Group’s operations in Minneapolis. This role serves as a key link between technology solutions and business outcomes, working with integration, infrastructure and desktop support teams to ensure high availability and continuous improvement.
The candidate should have 3+ years in app support, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows and Office tools.

The Business Application Support Analyst supports and optimizes the commercial applications that enable ECMC Group’s business operations. This role is well suited for a technically curious, service-oriented professional who values collaboration and delivers reliable, high-quality application support. Working closely with integration, infrastructure and desktop support partners, the analyst ensures application availability, resolves end-user issues and contributes to continuous improvement of enterprise software capabilities. This role serves as a key connection between technology solutions and business outcomes.
The pay range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, peer and market benchmarks, and geographic location.
This position is classified as hybrid Monday - Wednesday and requires attendance in Minneapolis, MN.
