City of Ocala is seeking a highly skilled Business Application Analyst to lead requirements definition and process improvements within the Growth Management department. The role focuses on analysis, configuration, setup and user security across business application software.
The analyst reports to the IT System Implementation Manager and collaborates with city departments to ensure effective system changes, testing, training and documentation for ongoing operations.
This is a highly technical and professional position involving business analysis, process mapping, requirements definition and application administration disciplines such as configuration, setup and user security. The Business Application Analyst reports to the I.T. System Implementation Manager and works primarily within operations of the Growth Management department.
