PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Manager in Pittsburgh to lead an analytics and data delivery team within Retail Data Solutions & Delivery.
You will own data assets, collaborate with agile teams, and drive governance, quality, and production readiness of data products. The role requires 8+ years in analytics with at least 5 years in management, strong BI, data integration and strategic planning skills, and a track record of delivering data-driven insights

Senior Business Analytics Manager within PNC’s Retail Data Solutions & Delivery organization. This role supports the Retail Lending data domains and acts as Product Owner for assigned data assets, partnering closely with agile technology teams to deliver high-quality, governed data assets for enterprise use.

Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability. Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements. Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities. Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership. Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $123,200.00 – $251,680.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Paid time off: maternity and/or parental leave; up to 11 paid holidays each year; 9 occasional absence days each year, unless otherwise required by law; between 15 to 25 vacation days each year, depending on career level; and years of service.
