You will own data assets, collaborate with agile teams, and drive governance, quality, and production readiness of data products. The role requires 8+ years in analytics with at least 5 years in management, strong BI, data integration and strategic planning skills, and a track record of delivering data-driven insights

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor an analytics and data delivery team, overseeing data analysis and data asset implementation.
  • Lead design of a common data consumption layer for modelling, reporting and analytics.
  • Serve as Product Owner for agile crews and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data products.

Role Overview

Senior Business Analytics Manager within PNC’s Retail Data Solutions & Delivery organization. This role supports the Retail Lending data domains and acts as Product Owner for assigned data assets, partnering closely with agile technology teams to deliver high-quality, governed data assets for enterprise use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor an analytics and data delivery team, overseeing data analysis, prototyping solutions, and data asset implementation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of a common silver-level data consumption layer supporting modeling, regulatory reporting, analytics, insights, and management/ operational reporting.
  • Serve as Product Owner for agile crews.
  • Partner with cross-functional agile technology teams to deliver data products.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions tied to Jira user stories and tasks.
  • Create, maintain, and upload required documentation, including testing documentation, source-to-target mapping documents, and data/ process artifacts.
  • Provide regular status updates on agile sprints, releases, and project milestones.
  • Lead and execute UAT testing, risk reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure delivered data is accurate, accessible, governed, and production ready.

Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability. Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements. Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities. Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership. Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $123,200.00 – $251,680.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
