Securitas Technology in the United States is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern for the summer. You will support data-driven decision-making by gathering data, preparing reports, and building dashboards for internal teams and clients.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in business-related fields, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in business-related field.
• Strong interest in business analysis, data interpretation and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/SQL is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the business analysis team in gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making processes.
• Help with the preparation of business reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in meetings to understand business needs and provide insights based on data analysis.
