You will leverage SQL, Tableau, and Power Apps (Power BI) to build permeance tracking dashboards, develop analytics, and partner with business leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

It is beneficial to have a working knowledge with Power Apps (including Power BI).

It is required to have SQL and Tableau experience for this role to effective build out dashboards for permeance tracking.

The Performance Management team within CLLO provides strategic reporting, analytics, and data solutions that support CLLO, AMG, and Midland Servicing. Their core mission is to deliver automated insights that align with business priorities and drive operational excellence. This includes developing end-to-end process views, risk-mitigating automations, and capacity metrics to optimize productivity. The team also builds data capture solutions using tools like DNA, SharePoint, and other source systems, offering guidance on technology enhancements and minimizing manual tracking. Their work spans strategic metric visibility, business consulting, and proactive support for client-impacting metrics, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and improve performance across teams.

Job Description

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
