Qualifications

  • 2+ years in an Information Technology role, focusing on business analysis, solution design, Salesforce support, or CRM enhancement delivery.
  • Preferred experience within financial services, wealth management, advisor operations, or related client service workflows.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, including requirements gathering, testing, user support, reporting, configuration support, or enhancement delivery; experience with Workday or Asana is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business needs and user pain points into clear requirements that improve process efficiency and user experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn business processes and applications quickly.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing tasks across projects.
  • Support, and at times lead, requirements gathering and design with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate advisor and operations team needs into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Deliver project artifacts including requirements documents, workflow diagrams, user stories, demos, training guides, and release-readiness materials.
  • Enable decision making to remove barriers to implementation.
  • Collaborate with advisor, operations, product, and technology teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and elevate for management guidance.
  • Work with the project team through full lifecycle, supporting project plans, status reporting, issue tracking and closure.
  • Support development through functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of improvements.
  • Provide tier-2 support for Salesforce-related questions, issues, products, and processes.

Position Summary

This Business Analyst, Wealth Technology supports definition, documentation, and execution of operational processes and technology projects across the organization, focusing on Salesforce initiatives for advisor and operations teams. The candidate demonstrates a solution-focused approach, exceptional attention to detail, and strong sense of accountability. The role includes consulting stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineers to ensure effective implementation of Salesforce and related solutions addressing complex business challenges.

This position is hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in St. Louis.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Quickly learn business processes and applications.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting, prioritizing tasks across potentially multiple projects.
  • Support, and at times lead, requirements gathering and design with cross‑functional teams.
  • Support development initiatives by translating advisor and operations team needs into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and vendors.
  • Experience in a collaborative, team‑based work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field.

This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $80,000-$110,000. Actual base pay could vary based on experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, and skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
