Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst - ServiceNow HRSD to work remotely - PST hours.

This job will have the following responsibilities :

• Be the primary contact between stakeholders and IT ServiceNow platform team.
• Make sure there is alignment and transparency between HR business needs and the technical capabilities of the platform.
• Partner with People stakeholders to identify pain points and drive efficiency improvements within HRSD.
• Drive process enhancements & identification of improvements through automation and best practice recommendations.
• Gather, analyze, and translate HR business needs into clear technical requirements. Communicate requirements effectively to the ServiceNow Platform team.
• Ensure business requirements are aligned to HRSD solutions and platform capabilities.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow developers to design & review technical approaches for implementation of HRSD solutions.
• Develop and oversee testing to ensure HRSD solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
• Lead QA efforts, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking. Coordinate UAT sessions with HR stakeholders to validate system functionality and user experience.
• Work in tandem with the ServiceNow Product Lead & the People Team Leads to help support prioritization of projects based on business impact and urgency.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• ServiceNow experience must have (HRSD)
• Developing business requirements to implement into ServiceNow
• Partner with people teams to gather business requirements (working with business and technical teams)
• Implement HR services
• Must have ServiceNow expertise, HRSD implementation
• While HRSD is a MUST, experience with other modules is nice to have
• Other HRSD tools to be familiar with (a plus)- any HR services, Sterling tool, Greenhouse, DocuSign, knowledge or gathering requirements
