Required Skills

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Test Lead on enterprise or public-sector software projects.
• Agile delivery experience, including user stories, acceptance criteria, formal requirements, and test documentation.
• Requirements elicitation, process modeling, and current-state/future-state documentation.
• Requirements traceability from business needs through user stories, test cases, and defects.
• Integration, system, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) design and execution.
• REST API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and test management/defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of identity and access concepts, including identity proofing, authentication, role-based access, and data privacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with agency leadership, operations staff, and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud-hosted delivery, preferably Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Identity verification technologies, including document authentication, liveness detection, and facial matching
• Manual review and case management workflow design.
• Accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508, and public-sector security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
