Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst with deep Pega expertise and Medicaid/Healthcare domain experience to lead complex eligibility and enrollment initiatives. The role demands collaboration with Pega architects, developers, system integrators, and state agencies.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of technical/functional analysis experience, strong UAT/SIT, defect triage, root cause analysis, and production stabilization skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Technical Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Mandatory Healthcare OR Eligibility & Enrollment domain expertise.
• Includes Eligibility Determination, Enrollment Lifecycle Management, Renewals/Redeterminations.
• Case Management, Notices & Correspondence, and Benefit Determination.
• Mandatory Pega expertise: Case Management, Workflows, Decision Rules, Routing.
• Experience with large-scale systems and state agency stakeholders.
• UAT, SIT, defect triage, root cause analysis, and production stabilization.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills preferred.
• Pega certifications (PBA/CSA) are highly preferred.
