Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management
  • Hands‑on experience in a high‑performance manufacturing environment, specifically demonstrating leadership skills in performance improvement & change management
  • Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors)
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%

Salary and Benefits (U.S.)

For new joiners for this role in the United States, a reasonable estimated salary range is $125,000 – $132,000 USD. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest wages for this role at the time of this posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as office location, experience, and organizational needs. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on individual and/or organizational performance.
