Tata Consultancy Services in Jersey City is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst and Product Manager for the Fixed Income - Spread Products technology team. The role blends business and technical acumen to guide end-to-end lending transactions and drive product technology with cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with multiple business and operations groups, lead roadmaps, and help resolve technology challenges across global financing and securitization processes.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Proven ability to present and use planning tools.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with wholesale credit risk or wholesale lending transactions is a plus.
• Loan origination and securitization process, LoanIQ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders.
• Lead formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance; contribute to standards and automation initiatives.
• Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers.
• Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and prioritize inputs from multiple sources.
• Document detailed system and function requirements (BRD) including workflows to enhance the technology platform.
• Coordinate QA across multiple global regions and assist in identifying test scenarios and conduct UAT with business users.
• Deliver material/presentations to Senior Management and apprise key stakeholders with project health.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations, safeguarding clients and assets.

• Transition requirements to QA teams across multiple global regions and assist in identifying test scenarios and work with business users to execute UAT, conduct business user training and mange technology implementation
• Deliver material/presentations to Senior Management and application owners and apprise key stakeholders with project health
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
• Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
• Superb analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Technical skillsets to query and analyze data through SQL, and excellent with Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint products
• Experience with wholesale credit risk or wholesale lending transactions, a plus
• Experience with loan origination and securitization process, LoanIQ experience, a plus
