Job summary

Travel up to 50% is anticipated to support manufacturing ERP initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business analysis, strong communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications, translating business needs into requirements.
• ERP implementations experience, especially in manufacturing, highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Perform business process design and requirements definition with functional teams.
• Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs with necessary technical detail.
• Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and coordinate with technical resources to fulfill them.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements.
• Act as liaison between functional and technical teams for enhancements.
• Provide functional requirements to development teams and perform QA testing of enhancements.
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in operational rollout and user training for new functionality and tools.

ProMach is excited to add a skilled Business Analyst to team up with internal stakeholders for smooth IT project execution. In this role, you'll define, analyze, validate, and document business needs. We're seeking someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about client businesses. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Enterprise Applications, you'll analyze requirements, offer insights, and collaborate with IT for scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Perform business process design and requirements definition in conjunction with functional teams
• Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs with necessary technical detail
• Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests by identifying existing solutions and/or alternative solutions that optimally address the business needs and work with technical resources to fulfill enhancement requests
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
• Act as a liaison between functional team and technical resources for enhancements
• Provide functional requirements to development team and perform QA testing of requested enhancements
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle
• Assist in operational roll out and user training for new functionality and tools

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications, and proven experience interpreting customers' business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
• Previous experience with ERP implementations, especially in a manufacturing organization, highly desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation
• Detail orientated and well organized
• High degree of reliability and timely completion of tasks
• Ability to travel up to 50%
