You provide subject-matter consulting and leadership to our clients during various project phases. You independently define work steps and deliverables for digitalisation in the public sector in coordination with our clients. You take subject-matter responsibility for steering the team and keep the scope stable in complex implementation projects (PO experience is an advantage). With knowledge of the target system, you establish the approach and documentation basis for requirements elicitation. You elicit the subject-matter requirements for digital products and specify solution concepts. You apply your knowledge of user-centered design and contribute suitable methods for developing the subject-matter solution, such as conducting and analysing interviews or designing and running requirements workshops. You contribute your expertise to cross-departmental knowledge management and build documented knowledge in coordination with experts and managers.
You have in-depth methodological knowledge of Requirements Engineering (RE), process modelling, and basic IT knowledge. You have several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably in the public sector. You can demonstrate very good knowledge of form or process management systems, as well as practical experience in requirements elicitation and (strategy) documentation. You have demonstrated the ability to think and act in terms of programme logic beyond the project context of different types of projects (e.g. waterfall, agile, hybrid). You have practical experience applying agile methods. You not only enjoy facilitating workshops, but also have proven experience doing so, including for large groups and with decision-makers and management. You have very good spoken and written German and English.
