Job summary

UZCARD ищет старшего бизнес-аналитика для банковских и BNPL интеграций. Ваша задача — разрабатывать требования, описывать процессы и логику бизнес-правил для команды Delivery и продуктовой стороны.

Вы будете взаимодействовать с Product Manager, CPO и банковскими партнёрами, чтобы обеспечить качество требований и их traceability. Кандидат должен иметь опыт в банковской/финтех сфере, владеть BPMN 2.0 и уметь работать с API и интеграциями.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта бизнес-аналитиком в банковской/финтех сфере
• Опыт проведения бизнес-анализа для крупного функционала или продукта
• Знание BPMN 2.0 и моделирования процессов
• Умение структурировать сложные бизнес-процессы и формализовать правила
• Опыт подготовки BRD, user stories, правил бизнеса и критериев приемки

Responsibilities

• Проводить анализ бизнес-целей и формировать требования для Delivery команды
• Ведти интервью/воркшопы с Product Manager и CPO, согласование требований
• Описывать AS-IS/TO-BE процессы и сценарии (покупатель, мерчант, банки)
• Подготавливать BPMN/BRD/правила бизнеса и критерии приемки
• Участвовать в UAT и принятии продукта заказчиком
• Обеспечивать трассируемость требований и хранить решения
• Сотрудничать с командами разработки, QA, UX/UI, архитектурой и банковскими партнерами

Описание: Senior Business Analyst Banking & Processing Integrations (BNPL) в UZCARD.

Задачи

Conduct business analysis for specific UZCARD BNPL product lines, from defining business objectives to preparing complete requirements for the Delivery team Gather, structure, and validate business requirements with the Product Manager and CPO through interviews, workshops, and analysis of user and operational scenarios Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes, end-to-end scenarios, stakeholder roles, decision points, manual operations, exceptions, and alternatives Formalize product business rules, including limits, deadlines, fees, discounts, cashback, returns, statuses, restrictions, transitions, and dependencies Develop end-to-end scenarios for customers, merchants, banks, and internal operations, including happy paths, edge cases, and conflicts Prepare BPMN/process flows, BRDs, user stories/use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, glossaries, and other analytical documents Coordinate requirements with Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, banks, UZCARD, processing centers, and other business process owners Identify inconsistencies and open issues before development, coordinate their resolution, and document decisions Deliver business-ready requirements to system analysts and the Delivery team, and clarify business issues as needed Work with the Product Manager to prepare initiatives and requirements for handoff to development Participate in UAT and business acceptance testing, verifying that the implemented product meets agreed requirements and business logic Keep requirements, the glossary, traceability, and decision and change histories up to date Collaborate with system analysts, architects, UX/UI, QA, and engineering teams while maintaining responsibility for the business context of requirements Participate in developing business logic for BNPL, the customer app, TezQR checkout, the merchant platform, and loyalty mechanics

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst at a bank, FinTech company, payment provider, e-commerce platform, marketplace, or other complex digital product
• Experience independently conducting business analysis for a major feature or product line, from an unstructured business task to agreed requirements and handoff to development
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and process analysis and AS-IS/TO-BE modeling
• Ability to structure complex business processes and formalize business rules, statuses, transitions, exceptions, and dependencies among participants
• Practical experience preparing BRDs, user stories/use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, BPMN, and other analytical artifacts
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and aligning requirements among Business, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and IT
• Understanding of the SDLC and collaboration across the Product Manager → Business Analyst → System Analyst → Development/QA chain
• Ability to work with technical context at a conceptual level, including APIs, integrations, events, and systems, without performing the role of a System Analyst
• Ability to understand end-to-end processes, identify edge cases, and uncover requirement inconsistencies before development or UAT
• Strong structural thinking, attention to detail, precise wording, and ability to bring business logic to a complete state
• Facilitation skills and ability to lead meetings and workshops toward concrete decisions
• Ability to interact effectively with Product, business, and technical teams
• Fluent Russian
• Будет плюсом: knowledge of Uzbek and English, experience with BNPL, POS lending, credit/overdraft products, cards, payments, merchant acquiring, QR payments, settlement/reconciliation, and loyalty/cashback programs, experience working with banks, payment processing centers, and external partners, participation in UAT and launching greenfield/MVP products
