Clear Destination Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Business Analyst II to join the Customer Engagement team. You will translate business questions into insights, guide CRM usage, and help inform bid decisions with revenue analysis and AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities include pricing forecasts, tool development for budgets, and reporting across Excel, Pipedrive, Ajera, Power BI and Power Query. This is a full-time, on-site role in Portland with travel as needed.
We are seeking a Business Analyst II. In this role you will be a key member of the Customer Engagement team, which encompasses the company’s business development and sales functions. The Business Analyst II plays an integral role in Cascade’s proposal process to win new work and analyze sales and revenue data. The Business Analyst II uses data to tell stories and translate business questions and requirements into insights, tools, and reporting in order to inform our decision-making and strategies. The Business Analyst II also guides the sales team’s usage of Cascade’s CRM, including data completeness involved in revenue reporting. They provide insights that help Cascade’s Leadership Team decide which business opportunities to pursue, the cost of our services, and how we demonstrate the value we offer our customers.

This is a full-time, exempt position, preferably located in Portland OR. We are also open to non-Portland candidates who reside near one of Cascade Energy’s offices with a willingness to travel occasionally.

The full salary range for this full-time, exempt/non-exempt position in Portland OR is $74,000 - $110,880/year. At Cascade, transparency and fairness are core to how we work.
