Our Macquarie Asset Management division is seeking a Business Analyst for our Identity and Access Management team, based at our New York campus. This team manages access to Macquarie systems, ensuring appropriate and timely user access.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders across asset management, technology, and risk sectors. Your responsibilities include designing and onboarding asset management applications to our Identity Access Management platform (SailPoint IIQ), and mapping business processes related to roles, segregation of duties, and other IAM activities.

Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health coverage, savings accounts, insurance plans, paid time off, holidays, 401(k), and disability plans. We also offer discretionary incentives and other employee perks.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of IAM domains such as access management, identity lifecycle, privileged access
• Experience with reporting/analytics in SailPoint IIQ or similar tools
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is preferred
