About the Role

We seek a Business Analyst specialized in IAM to join our global IAM team. This is a pure BA role focused on on-premise solutions due to regulatory requirements, with no cloud or SaaS involvement. You will collaborate closely with our France-based BA to ensure alignment across regions and support projects in North America.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the IAM Business Analyst for North America, ensuring best practices across the global team.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements related to IAM, primarily using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Bio Access.
• Work with stakeholders, engineers, and security teams to facilitate IAM solution integration.
• Support on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD, focusing on connectors and API integration.
• Assist in designing, customizing, and documenting IAM connector solutions, including scripting for custom connectors.
• Ensure IAM processes comply with security standards, regulations (GDPR, internal policies), and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with the France-based BA to align strategies and requirements across regions.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM environments.
• Strong knowledge of on-premise identity management tools, especially SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with Active Directory (on-premise and Azure AD) and API connectors.
• Ability to document and support development of custom connector scripts.
• Deep understanding of security protocols, compliance standards, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate across regions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
• Background in audit preparation or responses related to IAM.
• Knowledge of additional IAM platforms and scripting tools.
