Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, project management, consulting, business operations, or program coordination in wealth management or financial services.
• Experience supporting software platforms, digital products, technology roadmaps, or vendor-managed solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve advisor productivity, automate workflows, or enhance client experiences is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Financial Planning platform roadmap and enhancements for advisor, planner, and client experiences.
• Manage multiple initiatives through governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Act as a business owner and SME for financial planning platforms, tools, and workflows.
• Collaborate with vendors on product releases and evaluate new functionality for advisor needs.
• Translate business requirements into platform capabilities and oversee delivery through implementation.
