Job summary

Freyr Inc. in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst – Digital & AI Solutions (Pharma) to work remotely. You will engage with clients, elicit requirements, and translate needs into actionable user stories and prototypes using AI tools.

You will collaborate with architects and developers, map processes, assess automation opportunities, and support planning, testing, and deployment while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technology solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and client discussions.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, generative AI, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and system integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business problems and objectives.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements sessions to define needs and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into solution concepts, functional specs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and developers to design scalable solutions.

• Present concepts, prototypes, and business value to clients and leadership.
• Document requirements, map processes, perform gap analyses, and evaluate solutions.
• Support project planning, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand business problems, operational challenges, and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions to define business needs and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into solution concepts, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and developers to design practical, scalable solutions.
• Build rapid prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs), and demos using AI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and low‑code/no‑code technologies.
• Present solution concepts, prototypes, and business value to clients and leadership teams.
• Drive requirement documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluations.
• Support project planning, testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization, and digital transformation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technology solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and client discussions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven solutions, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Ability to create prototypes, wireframes, mockups, or PoCs.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of system integration, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industry.
• Understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Data Governance, Quality, Safety, or Clinical processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• Exposure to IDMP, Product Registration, Labeling, Submission Management, or Regulatory Operations.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), Agile, Microsoft Azure, AI, or Cloud technologies.
