You will contribute to end-to-end projects, work with ERP systems like D365, and help maximize automation while maintaining safety and governance standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support software systems and assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of software.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize system performance to maximize automation and process efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional discussions between business and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality with governance activities and change requests.
• Manage end-to-end projects from scope to deployment.
• Provide best practices and solution alternatives in functional design documents; uphold safety policies.
