• Intermediate experience in SAP ECC.

• Power BI and Power Automate a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management functions including materials ordering, receipt processing, destruct processing, and inventory reconciliations.
• Issue Purchase Orders, track spend and resolve invoice errors for the TPM team.
• Review packaging specifications and work with third parties to gain approval.
• Create, pull, and merge reports to support Nutritional and Copacking TPMs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track and trend metrics for business decisions.
• Support continuous improvement via automation and other process improvements.
• Create process documentation (One-Point Lessons, Process Flows, SOPs).
• Interact with Finance, Operations, Quality, and Procurement managers.
• Lead or support special ad hoc projects.

The Opportunity Our location in Columbus, OH currently has an opportunity for a Business Analyst in our Nutrition Division. This position supports Third Party Manufacturing Operations by issuing Production Orders and Purchase Orders to suppliers, tracking spend, managing inventory, identifying and resolving invoice errors, creating and running reports to provide analysis and support business needs, and focusing on continuous improvement and automation opportunities to best support the business.

What you’ll do

• Support inventory management functions such as materials ordering, receipt processing, destruct processing, and inventory reconciliations.
• Issue Purchase Orders, track spend and identify and resolve invoice errors for the broader Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) team.
• Review packaging specifications and work with third parties to gain approval.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track and trend metrics to drive business decisions.
• Support continuous improvement via automation and other general process improvements.

Education and Experience

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00
