Job description

Responsibilities

• Strategically evaluate value to the business for process improvements
• Research and document comprehensive understanding of various workflows
• Identify and measure baseline metrics that will be used to inform prioritization decisions
• Articulate the impact of process inefficiencies in order to design end‑to‑end solutions leveraging technology and roles
• Drive large scale discovery projects to explore new markets, new products, and operational impact of transacting therein
• Document and promote Business Process Management successes
• Organize data and connect information from a variety of sources for analysis
• Lead meetings with senior cross‑functional stakeholders, communicate and provide visibility into project priorities, and solution options that drive stakeholder alignment
• Effectively present business cases for initiatives to senior leadership
• Collaborate with Training and Enablement organizations to plan and deploy effective end‑user training and ensure successful change management

Qualifications

• Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree from a top tier college or university a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years in an analytical role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Consultant)
• Demonstrated practical experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies required
• Experience working with digital and/or broadcast ad technologies highly preferred
• Strong communication skills a must
• Collaboration and facilitation skills to drive alignment
