Job summary

DRW Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Unified Platform - Commodities, focusing on Openlink Endur in a Houston environment. You will bridge trading desks, operations, and engineering to support and improve Endur-based systems underpinning our physical energy trading activities.

You will lead requirements, configuration, and testing efforts, ensuring seamless daily operations and robust risk valuation, P&L, and data management across Endur and connected systems

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with ION Endur Openlink Endur
• 5+ years of experience with natural gas trading
• 2+ years of experience with power trading
• 1–2 years of experience with AVS, JVS, or Open Components
• Hands-on experience with trade booking, valuation, risk modeling on a forward basis, pricing, settlement, and scheduling
• Strong understanding of ETRM processes across front, middle, and back office
• Ability to write SQL queries using the Endur data model
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level production support for Openlink Endur, resolving complex issues and ensuring system availability
• Support deal modeling, deal lifecycle management, and product configuration
• Manage risk valuation, P&L reporting, market and reference data setup, and instrument building
• Support integrations between Endur and related systems
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical specifications
• Test new features before production release
• Build documentation for procedures, troubleshooting, and system architecture

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to join the Unified Platform - Commodities team. In this role, you will leverage deep Openlink Endur ETRM expertise to support and improve systems that underpin our commodities trading business, with a focus on physical energy trading across natural gas and power.

You will serve as a bridge between trading desks, operations teams, and software engineers — providing production support, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring seamless daily operations across Endur and related systems.

What We’re Looking For
