Join our team as a Business Analyst co‑op/intern, learning to translate complex data into actionable insights using Databricks, Snowflake, PowerBI, and Agentic AI tools within an Agile Azure DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document requirements: capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the data and analytics teams.
  • Analyze business processes: evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or improved data integration.
  • Develop user stories: draft user stories and acceptance criteria within the Agile framework for upcoming development cycles.
  • Support development teams: assist in designing source‑to‑target maps (STTM) to aid developers.
  • Support data visualization: help design Power BI dashboards that enable stakeholders to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT): ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements through rigorous testing and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams: engage in sprint meetings, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to align business goals and technical execution.
  • Run AI agents: leverage AI agents and provide feedback to train and refine model outputs.
  • Learning & Development Opportunities:
  • Hands‑on training in business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Mentorship from experienced Business Analysts and Product Owners within a CPG organization.
  • Practical experience in the Agile/Scrum methodology and project management software.
  • Exposure to how data‑driven decisions impact supply chain, marketing, and retail operations.
Qualifications
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Basic understanding of data concepts and SQL.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
