Job summary

First American is seeking a Business Analyst, Client Relations to act as the intake point for client custom reporting and data requests. You will gather business requirements, document BRDs, coordinate estimates with Data Strategy and Reporting teams, and communicate timelines to the Client Relations Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical and nontechnical information.
• Experience with Smartsheet (Client Change Order), TechManagement/DevOps, internal mailboxes, and MSP/Valon.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders, as applicable.
• Conduct post-production validation (PPV).
• Educate the internal Client Relations team about enhanced reporting and provide support as needed.

Pay Range: $67,200 - $89,550 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
