Job summary

Volto Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst for a Fulltime role across Tampa, FL and Jersey City, NJ. The candidate should have 6–10 years of IB/BA experience, strong SQL skills, data analysis, and excellent communication to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

The position requires handling requirements, Jira tasking, sprint tracking, and deployment readiness. You will liaise with business teams to gather requirements, create user stories, and support development through delivery in prod

Qualifications

• Overall IB and BA experience between 6-10 years.
• Solid functional knowledge and ability to evaluate system impact of changes.
• Exposure to at least 2 asset classes (Equity, Fixed income, derivatives).
• Strong technical knowledge of SQL and DB query tools.
• Good data analysis skills and familiarity with BA practices.
• Excellent spoken and written communication; able to handle multiple stakeholders.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Overall IB and BA experience between 6-10 years

• Solid functional knowledge, logical thinking, ability to evaluate the impact to the system due to proposed changes
• Knowledge of trade life cycle and Strong exposure to at least 2 asset classes - Equity, Fixed income, derivatives products future, forwards, option, swaps

Roles & Responsibilities
