Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Business Analyst Advisor to join the Consulting & Engineering Services team. This remote role in New York will work with manufacturing, quality, and IT to optimize MES capabilities and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in manufacturing/defense BA roles, Solumina MES experience (preferred), and strong SAP PP/QM/SM knowledge. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or aerospace/defense.
• Experience with Solumina MES (preferred) or other MES/MOM systems.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PP, QM, SM; ability to debug transactions.
• ABAP, IDoc, PI/PO configuration, event handling, TVARV/SPRO experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
• Skilled in requirements documentation and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Production Support — Troubleshoot issues and coordinate defect resolution.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT to align MES capabilities with operations.
• Continuous Improvement — Recommend enhancements to improve usability, data integrity, and efficiency.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $76,700 - $142,500.
