Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Analyst to partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, support solution design, and facilitate testing activities for PeopleSoft SCM solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BA experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM, proficiency in requirements documentation, and a track record of leading workshops and creating clear user stories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supportingPeopleSoft 9.2 SCM
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Required PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Module Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting all of the followingPeopleSoft 9.2 modules:

• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Warehouse Operations
• Manufacturing

Required Technical Knowledge

• Experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications
• Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes
