• Product vision and roadmap development, product requirements, feature definition, backlog management and prioritization, translating business goals into technology solutions, product enhancement analysis, market research.
• Business requirements gathering and elicitation, stakeholder interviews and workshops, business process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process improvement.
• UX collaboration, design reviews, usability studies, user-centered requirements, solution ideation, and evaluation of product enhancements. and coordination with onshore/offshore teams.
