Sutherland is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Life & Annuities insurance domain experience. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in Insurance, plus solid understanding of the STLC/testing lifecycle and superb communication with stakeholders.

You will contribute to project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help translate business needs into actionable requirements while upholding quality standards and regulatory considerations.
