Job summary

Inizio Evoke in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to help deliver AI-driven digital transformation programs. You will partner with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to document requirements, coordinate partners, and ensure compliant, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, process analysis, compliance, UAT, data analysis, and strong documentation using BRDs, FRs, and user stories, with a focus on Agile delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience documenting requirements and collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams.
• Experience supporting digital or platform-based product development, within AI, SaaS, or workflow automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for AI-driven workflows and platforms.
• Interview partners, map processes, and perform gap analysis.
• Create BRDs, FRS, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation and traceability.
• Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities via AI.
• Create visual models with Miro or Lucidchart.
• Support design of future-state processes and prioritize improvements.
• Support UAT, release readiness, and tracking changes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Business Analyst to help deliver AI-driven digital transformation programs across Inizio Evoke. You will partner with the Senior Product Manager and teams to document requirements, coordinate partners, and ensure the delivery of compliant, scalable AI-enabled solutions across marketing and communications.

You Will:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Work with the Senior Product Manager to capture and refine business requirements for AI-driven workflows, platforms, and digital tools.
• Conduct partner interviews, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Write clear and detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.

Workflow & Process Analysis

• Analyze existing workflows across strategy, creative, and compliance processes to identify areas of automation and efficiency gains through AI integration.
• Create visual process models, user flows, and data maps using tools such as Miro or LucidChart.
• Support design of future-state processes and help prioritize improvement opportunities in consideration of product roadmaps.

Compliance & Risk Alignment

• Collaborate with legal, data and security teams to ensure that solutions meet regulatory standards, including data privacy and retention policies.
• Help prepare risk assessments, control matrices, and compliance documentation.
• Help embed auditability and traceability into platform workflows.

UAT & Release Readiness

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating end-user validation, and documenting outcomes.
• Work with the Product Manager to assess defects, update requirements, and finalize release artifacts.
• Track feature readiness, go-live preparation, and change management activities.

Data Analysis

• Gather metrics related to user adoption, workflow efficiency, and platform performance.
• Help build dashboards logic using tools like Power BI or Excel to track important transformation metrics.
• Present findings to our teams to support continuous improvement.

You Have:

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Experience documenting requirements and collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams.
• Experience supporting digital or platform-based product development, within AI, SaaS, or workflow automation projects.

Skills & Proficiencies

• Proficiency in creating documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scripts).
• Knowledge of Agile-Scrum delivery, including use of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.

Execution Mindset

• Collaborative team player able to work with diverse partners across product, legal, tech, and operations.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
