Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Reporting & BI Analyst to translate business objectives into impactful reporting solutions and align with data visualization strategy.

You will work with SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver insights that support day-to-day operations and long-term strategies, while collaborating with technology teams to source and integrate data. The role requires 3+ years of business analysis experience, strong communication, and a foundational knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects reporting and Universe development.
• Basic understanding of SQL development to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, and Power BI for enterprise reporting and BI initiatives.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Platform, Data Structures, and Data Integration.
• Ability to design and create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to source and integrate new data.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience.
• Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal—with ability to influence stakeholders.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Foundational knowledge in SAP BusinessObjects reporting and Universe development
• Basic understanding of SQL development, including queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations, and performance optimization to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, and Power BI to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Platform, Data Structures, and Data Integration.
• Ability to design and create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver actionable business insights.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to source and integrate new data.
• 3 plus years of business analysis experience.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence stakeholders.

The Team

As part of the OSG Client Services Reporting Team, you’ll join a high-performing group dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for a diverse set of internal business partners.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
